May be one of my new favorite places. Hard to decide what to order because the menu had so many good things on it.

This is a big win for Colorado Springs. As I have learned, the locals already know about this place. Be sure to try the French Onion soup. It is some of the best I have ever been served.

The food here is great with a couple of comments. If you are a heavy meat eater, then this might not be for you. Their smoked salmon pasta is incredible and the tofu is excellent. Adams endorses something they call "slow cooking" which basically means they make everything you order - to order. This can take some time, so be patient and don't go here if you are in a hurry. But if you have the time and possibly go in the evenings while they have live music, you will be in for a treat.
