So our car gets hit in the windshield with a small rock while driving on I-25. Crack slightly larger than a quarter. Called my insurance company (USAA) which referred me to Safelite. They came to my house the same day. Received email confirmation with name and photo of the service rep that was coming out. When he came, he was on time, same person and was in a very clean repair vehicle. Repaired my windshield in less than 20 minutes. Great experience.
