As as old IBM PC loyalist, I will have to say the Apple store seduced me, one device at a time. First the iPod, then the iPhone, then an iMac for the kids, then a MacBook for the wife, then a MacBook Pro for myself. The quality of their products is equalled by their customer service. Now having been in the Apple camp for just about 6 months, I will never leave!

Recently, Apple introduced a 2TB Time Capsule and reduced the price of the 1TB Time Capsule by $200. I had purchased the 1TB model just weeks prior to the release. The store refunded the price difference with a simple phone call (I did have my receipt number and had paid by credit card). Having purchased 2 iMacs, a MacBook Pro, a MacBook, Apple TV and a couple of iPhone I was hoping Apple would help me out (their cut-off for price drops is 14 days.). Apple took care of me. I'm a loyal customer and will continue to shop there again and again.
