We went to this bicycle store primarily because we were looking for a store that was open Sunday's and it was. What we found was a well-inventoried store with lots of courteous and friendly staff. We purchased a new bicycle for my four-year old and learned of their policy to provide a 40% of purchase price trade-in credit for bicycles purchased there. Knowing that my 4-year old son would outgrow this bicycle in 1-2 years, it is great to know we can bring it back and get 40% of the value on trade in.
I also brought along my daughter's bicycle that she hadn't ridden in over a year, primarily because it had two flat tires. We hadn't purchase the bicycle there, but they gladly repaired it for us while we waited.
If you are looking for a well run store with lots of help and inventory, I would recommend Bicycle Village to you. We expect to return there shortly to pick up a bicycle for my wife.
